  • I don't do meal planning
  • I hate the "D" word and this isn't a diet
  • You don't have to "give up" anything, rather make small adjustments
  • You won't feel hungry or deprived
  • You don't have to exercise more, just smarter
  • I don't do specific workout plans or join you in the gym

  • You can have more energy, mental clarity and focus
  • Your declining health and weight gain is not your fault (you just don't have the right information and guidance)
  • It's not about will power (hunger is not beatable, but it's avoidable if your fuel your body right)

S.T.R.E.S.S. Cognitive Intervention Tool
S  -    Stop what you are doing
T   -   Tune in to your thoughts
​R   -   Release anything outside of your control (serenity now)
E   -   Examine for Truth:  Question it.  Have you assigned the proper meaning to the thought?
S   -   Spin or Reframe the thought to a positive
S  -    Schedule a time or set a reminder to address it
I created this simple tool to allow you to check in with your thoughts, sift through the noise and drop what is outside your control or speculative and then address the higher priority items.  Using this tool regularly will train you to re-connect with your mind and body and take necessary intervention steps to calm your mind and alleviate "chronic stress".  This is my gift to you that is a result of my own personal transformational journey!
